Leaving a service should be as clear as joining it. If you decide to stop using My GoHighLevel MCP, here's exactly what happens when you delete your organisation.
Who can delete
Only the owner, the person who created the organisation, can delete it. The button is at the bottom of the platform's Settings page, and you confirm before anything happens.
What happens straight away
The moment you confirm:
- Renewals stop. Every active subscription is cancelled at Cashfree, so you won't be charged again.
- Claude is disconnected. Every Claude connection in your organisation is signed out.
- GoHighLevel sign-ins end. Everyone's GoHighLevel session held for your organisation is signed out.
- Sub-accounts are switched off. Claude can no longer reach any of your clients' sub-accounts.
- You're signed out of the platform.
What happens 30 days later
After 30 days, the organisation and everything that belongs to it is deleted for good: team memberships, chosen sub-accounts, billing records we hold, and the Activity log. People who belonged only to your organisation are deleted too.
The 30 days exist so that a mistake, or a change of heart, isn't a disaster. After that, it can't be undone.
What isn't affected
Your GoHighLevel account itself is untouched. Deleting your organisation doesn't delete contacts, workflows, pages or anything else in GoHighLevel. We never stored that data; Claude read and changed it in GoHighLevel directly.
Payments already made are not refunded automatically by deleting. If you have a billing question, write to us at hello@datavonix.com.
Before you delete
A few things worth doing first:
- Export the Activity log to CSV if you or your clients may need a record later.
- Tell your team, since their Claude connection will stop working.
- Remove the connector in Claude if you no longer want to see it there.
Removing one person instead
If you only want someone to lose access, you don't need to delete anything. An admin can disable them on the Team page, which ends their access immediately. See who can do what.
If you have questions about your data, our privacy policy has the details, and you can always reach us at hello@datavonix.com.
