Refund Policy

• Free trial: no charge; nothing to refund.
• Cancelling: cancel any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for; we do not charge again.
• Each purchase is separate: a payment covers the sub-accounts it was bought for, for the period paid. Switching a sub-account off does not refund or move its payment.
• Refunds: fees are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, or the service was unavailable for a significant part of a period, contact us within 14 days and we will refund the affected amount.
