Draft pending legal review. Last updated Sep 26, 2026.

Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the customer) and DataVonix Private Limited, India ("we"), for the My GoHighLevel MCP service.

1. The service

My GoHighLevel MCP lets you connect your GoHighLevel account to Claude through the Model Context Protocol, with a web panel to manage sub-accounts, team members, permissions and billing.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite and by Claude on your instructions.

3. Your HighLevel data and instructions

Each person signs in to GoHighLevel with their own login. You authorise us to keep that session, encrypted, and to use it to call GoHighLevel on that person's behalf, only in the sub-accounts your organisation chooses, to carry out the instructions you or your team give through Claude. You confirm you have the right to process the data in those sub-accounts and to send any messages Claude sends at your request. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing what Claude proposes before you approve it.

4. Third-party services

The service depends on HighLevel and Anthropic, which are separate companies with their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes. My GoHighLevel MCP is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc. or Anthropic PBC. HighLevel is a trademark of HighLevel Inc.; Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. Names are used only to describe compatibility.

5. Plans, billing and taxes

Fees are as shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, billed in advance per period, plus applicable taxes. Charges for extra sub-accounts and overage are billed as described on the pricing page. See the Refund Policy. If payment fails we may restrict the service to read-only and later suspend it.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Addendum apply.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features; we will give notice of material adverse changes.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination

You may cancel at any time from Billing. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
