Coaches and trainers often have the course in their head, or in a document, long before it exists in GoHighLevel. Building it by hand means creating each module and lesson one at a time. Claude can do the building from your outline, so your time goes into the teaching.
Start with the outline
Write the course as a simple list: the course title, the modules, and the lessons in each module. For example:
Confident Cold Calling Module 1: Before the call (Research in 10 minutes; Your opening line) Module 2: On the call (Handling "not interested"; Booking the next step) Module 3: After the call (Notes that help; Following up)
Then ask:
In Coach Nova, create this course with these modules and lessons. Leave the lesson content empty for now.
Claude creates the course, each module and each lesson in order.
Check the structure
Show me the outline of Confident Cold Calling.
Rename or reorder anything that doesn't read well:
Rename "Notes that help" to "Call notes your future self will thank you for".
Add the lesson content
You can paste the text of a lesson and ask Claude to add it, or write it yourself in GoHighLevel. Claude can also attach files, set a lesson image and upload lesson videos from a link you give it:

Create the offer
A course needs an offer before people can buy or join it:

Check the offer in GoHighLevel before you share the link, especially the price and what it includes.
Keep an eye on progress
Once people are enrolled, Claude can tell you how it's going:
Who's enrolled in Confident Cold Calling, and how far has each person got?
Any new comments on the lessons this week?
That's a quick way to spot people who stalled in Module 1, so you can send them a nudge.
Tips for a better course
- Short lessons. Five to ten minutes each. Ask Claude to split long lessons in two.
- One action per lesson. End every lesson with something to do.
- Launch small. Open the course to a few people first and ask for feedback.
Safe by default
Claude only works in the sub-accounts your organisation has chosen, checks with you before deleting anything, and records every change in the Activity log. If you ever need to know who removed a lesson, the answer is there.
