We wanted pricing you can explain in one sentence: you pay for each GoHighLevel sub-account Claude works in. That's it. No seats, no credits, no usage tiers.
The prices
- Monthly: $19.99 per sub-account per month.
- Yearly: $199.99 per sub-account per year, which saves $39.89 compared with paying monthly for twelve months.
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Cashfree.
What's included
For every sub-account you pay for:
- Every tool. Contacts, pipelines, calendars, conversations, workflows, websites, forms, courses, products and more. No add-ons.
- Unlimited people. Add your whole team at no extra cost.
- Unlimited GoHighLevel sign-ins. Everyone signs in with their own login.
- The Activity log, team roles and tool switches.
A payment belongs to the sub-accounts it was bought for
When you pay, you choose which sub-accounts the payment covers. Those sub-accounts are covered until the end of the period, and the subscription renews automatically.
That link matters. If you switch one sub-account off and another on, the payment doesn't move to the new one. The new sub-account needs its own payment. This keeps billing predictable: you always know exactly which clients you're paying for.
Paying from the platform or from Claude
An admin can pay in two ways:
- On the platform's Billing page: pick the sub-accounts, pick monthly or yearly, and pay.
- In Claude: ask it to buy a sub-account. Claude gives you a secure Cashfree payment link. It never asks for card details in the chat. After you pay, ask Claude to check the payment and it confirms what's now usable.
If a renewal fails
If a renewal payment fails, Cashfree retries it. Your sub-accounts keep working for a short grace period of 3 days while that happens, so a card problem doesn't cut your team off in the middle of the day.
The free trial
New organisations get a 3-day free trial on one sub-account. The first payment ends the trial immediately. Read how the trial works.
An example
An agency with 12 clients wants Claude in 8 of them, with 6 people on the team. They pay for 8 sub-accounts. At the yearly price, that's 8 × $199.99 = $1,599.92 a year. Six people, or sixty, costs the same.
