When it starts
The trial starts when the person who created the organisation confirms their email address. Each organisation gets one trial.
Which sub-account it covers
The trial covers the first sub-account you choose for Claude while the trial is running. You can choose it on the platform's Sub-accounts page, or ask Claude:

Pick the sub-account you'd learn the most from: an active client with real contacts, a working pipeline and a calendar, rather than an empty test account.
You can sign in to GoHighLevel and see all your sub-accounts during the trial. Claude will only work in the one the trial covers, and will say so clearly if you ask it to work somewhere else.
Making the most of 3 days
A simple plan:
- Day 1: Connect Claude and ask questions. "Who are my newest leads?", "What's on the calendar tomorrow?"
- Day 2: Make small changes. Tag some contacts, move a deal, build a workflow as a draft.
- Day 3: Look at the Activity log with your team and decide.
When the trial ends
After 3 days, Claude stops working in the trial sub-account until it's paid for. Nothing in GoHighLevel changes; your data stays exactly where it is. Your organisation, team and Activity log stay on the platform too.
The first payment ends the trial
As soon as you pay for anything, the trial ends, even if it had time left. From then on, Claude works in the sub-accounts you've paid for.
If you want to keep the trial sub-account, include it in your first payment. If you don't, it stops working when you pay for the others.

Can I switch the trial to a different sub-account? The trial stays with the first sub-account chosen. Switching it off and choosing another doesn't move the trial.
