Choosing sub-accounts one at a time is fine when you have three clients. With forty, it gets old quickly. So we've added a way to choose them all at once.
On the platform
The Sub-accounts page now has two new buttons:
- Choose all switches Claude on for every sub-account your team's GoHighLevel sign-ins can reach.
- Remove all switches Claude off everywhere, in one step.
On the Billing page, there's also a Select all option when you pick which sub-accounts to pay for, so you don't have to tick forty boxes.
From Claude
Admins can do the same in a conversation:
Switch on Claude for all my sub-accounts.
Switch Claude off for all sub-accounts.
Claude tells you what changed, and which sub-accounts are ready to use.
Choosing isn't the same as paying
Choosing a sub-account says "Claude may work here". Claude can only actually work in sub-accounts that are chosen and paid for, or covered by your trial. So after choosing all, you'll see which ones are covered and which ones are waiting for a payment.
On the free trial, choosing all still covers only one sub-account: the trial goes to the first one in the list.
If you ask Claude to work in a chosen sub-account that isn't paid for, it will tell you, and an admin can pay for it from the Billing page or by asking Claude for a payment link. See how pricing works.
When to use it
- Agencies moving everything over at once. Choose all, then pay for the sub-accounts you'll use.
- End of a project. Remove all is a quick way to make sure Claude stops working everywhere.
When not to
If you only want Claude in a handful of client accounts, choosing them one by one is still the clearest option. Choosing fewer sub-accounts means fewer places anything can happen, which is the principle behind keeping client sub-accounts safe.
As always, both actions appear in the Activity log with the name of the admin who made them.
