With generic operations, Claude can do almost anything — one raw call at a time, working out each endpoint as it goes. Agencies told us the hard parts are elsewhere:
- Building things. Workflows, landing pages, forms and courses are where the hours go, and they are multi-step jobs, not single endpoints.
- Control. Before anyone lets an AI into a live client's CRM, they want to decide which sub-accounts it can touch, switch off what they don't want it doing, and see a record afterwards.
- People. An agency is a team. Each person should work as themselves, with their own GoHighLevel access.
