You don't need to name tools — describe the outcome and Claude picks them. The tool names are here so you know what's behind each answer; you'll see the same names in your Activity log. Every tool is included for every sub-account you pay for.

Tips
- Name the sub-account if you use more than one, or ask Claude to switch to it first.
- Ask for a draft. Workflows are built as drafts; ask Claude to publish once you've checked.
- Claude asks before sending messages or deleting anything. Admins can switch off deleting, or any tool, under Tools & permissions.
