Pricing and billing

The price

$19.99 per sub-account a month, or $199.99 per sub-account a year, in USD. Every tool is included. There are no plans, credits, seat limits or usage quotas — only a per-minute rate limit (60 tool calls per person) that protects against runaway loops.

You pay only for the sub-accounts you choose for Claude. Sub-accounts you can see but don't choose are free, and Claude cannot touch them.

The free trial

For 3 days after you confirm your email, the first sub-account you choose is covered. No payment details are needed. The trial stays with that sub-account: switching it off and choosing another does not move the trial.

Your first payment ends the trial immediately. From then on only paid sub-accounts are usable, so include the trial sub-account in that payment if you want to keep it.

A payment belongs to its sub-accounts

When you pay, you pick which sub-accounts the payment is for. It covers exactly those, for the period you paid:

  • Switch sub-account A off and B on, and B needs its own payment. A's payment does not move to B.
  • Switch A back on before its period ends and it is covered again.
  • Each purchase renews on its own, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it.

Paying

  • In the panel: on Billing, tick the sub-accounts, choose monthly or yearly, and pay by card on Cashfree's secure checkout.
  • From Claude (owners and admins): ask "Pay for Bright Smile Dental for a year." Claude gives you a secure payment link (buy_sub_accounts); open it, pay, then ask Claude to check the payment (check_payment). Card details never go into the chat.

Cards are charged in USD, so the card must allow international payments. The first period is charged when you pay; renewals are charged automatically.

Renewals that fail

Cashfree retries a failed renewal. The sub-accounts keep working for a 3-day grace period; if it still fails, they pause until you pay again. Nothing is deleted.

Cancelling

Cancel any purchase from Billing. Its sub-accounts stay usable until the end of the period you paid for, then pause. See the refund policy.
